Only the family members you invite to your account. You control who has access and can remove anyone at any time.
Kinnexi doesn't keep video recordings. A transcript is processed to produce your summary and is kept for a limited time, as described in our privacy policy.
No. Kinnexi is not an emergency or medical service. If you think someone is in danger, call your local emergency number immediately.
No. Kinnexi doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice. It's a companion for conversation and connection.
Kinnexi currently speaks English and French. You can choose the language for each parent's calls.
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
You can export your data or delete your account from your account settings. Deleting your account erases your family's Life Memory Graph and summaries.
Minutes are counted from the moment your parent joins a video call until the call ends, rounded up to the next full minute. Calls that aren't answered don't use any minutes.
We let you know as you approach your limit. Depending on your plan, extra minutes are billed at the overage rate, or calls pause until your next billing period begins.
Extra minutes beyond your plan are billed per minute at the rate shown on your plan, at the end of the billing period. You can always see your usage in your account.
No. Included minutes reset at the start of each billing period and unused minutes don't carry over.
